Anita Holt is President and CEO of The Forest at Duke, a vibrant continuing care retirement community in Durham, North Carolina.
Since joining The Forest, she has been inspired by its residents’ deep civic and intellectual engagement and is dedicated to fostering a welcoming, purpose-driven community where residents and staff thrive.
With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in senior living, Anita champions meaningful engagement, personal growth, and the belief that aging offers continued opportunity and contribution. A Pittsburgh native, she now proudly calls Downtown Durham home.
