Carman Liuzzo
Currently leads the Investment Group at Highwoods
Carman joined Highwoods in 1994 as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer and remained in that position until December 2003.
Prior to Highwoods, Carman spent four years with KPMG Peat Marwick and then Boddie-Noell Enterprises as Chief Accounting Officer.
He is a member of the Real Estate Industry Advisory Board and the Pamplin College of Business Advisory Council for Virginia Tech, the Cristo Rey Research Triangle High School Board, the Catholic Charities Board and the Haven House Services Board.
Additionally, Carman is the former chair of the Diocesan Finance Council for the Raleigh Catholic Diocese and vice chair of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Triangle District Council.
