Frank Pirozzi
Chief Financial Officer Axiota Animal Health
Frank Pirozzi is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience leading corporate financial strategy and organizational growth across the agriculture, life sciences, and technology sectors.
He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for Axiota Animal Health and previously held CFO roles at Atticus, LLC and Sipcam Agro USA.
Frank also spent six years as CFO and Corporate Secretary at Verdesian Life Sciences, where he oversaw major acquisitions, secured a $217M syndicated loan, and led company-wide financial integration and planning. He brings deep expertise in financial stewardship, strategic planning, and operational integration and is honored to support Cristo Rey Research Triangle High School through board service.
