A proud graduate of Sacred Heart University(Fairfield, CT), Kayla brings over 12 years of experience in college access and retention. As a first-generation college graduate, she understands firsthand the challenges students face in navigating the college process—and she’s passionate about guiding them through it with knowledge, confidence, and purpose.

“I’m excited to join the team at CRRT, where I can continue doing the work I’m most passionate about, empowering students to pursue higher education and the careers of their dreams. This mission is deeply personal to me,” says Kayla Bailey. When she’s not helping students build bold futures, you might catch Kayla enjoying her favorite feel-good song: “Happy” by Pharrell. We’re so glad to have her energy, expertise, and heart on campus!
