Before founding Transition Consulting Group, Rob served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at TigerSwan, Inc., where he led global expansion initiatives. He also held key business development roles at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP and Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP, guiding firms in refining client engagement strategies and achieving measurable results.

Earlier in his career, Rob excelled in corporate sales leadership at Corporate Express (now Staples), where he managed the company’s largest regional sales team, consistently exceeded growth goals, and earned the President’s Award for his commitment to leadership and diversity development.

In addition to his professional work, Rob supports emerging ventures in the Triangle through IdeaBlock, advising entrepreneurs on innovation and business planning. He is widely recognized for his collaborative leadership style, deep understanding of client needs, and dedication to helping organizations thrive.
